Our Rapid Crisis Stabilization & Step-Down Therapy program provides rapid-access outpatient care for adults transitioning from a recent behavioral health crisis. We partner with hospitals, emergency departments, crisis units, psychiatric prescribers, and community providers to ensure timely, structured follow-up after discharge. New patient appointments are typically available within 24–72 hours for appropriate referrals, with fast insurance verification, intake scheduling, and coordination with referring providers when authorized by the client.

Our team at Crisis Recovery Counseling PLLC is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care during times of crisis. Meet Ingram Dirton, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Arizona. Ingram earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision. Ingram’s approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a primary theoretical orientation, combined with third-wave Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support clients in building skills, resilience, and stability. Ingram is committed to helping individuals move from crisis to stability with warmth, respect, and clinical excellence.
